Think HAARP is just conspiracy theory? Think again: They're quietly sitting on patents for devices they claim don't exist, and here's proof

We at the Coming Crisis only post two things: facts, and questions that need answering. Our readers know this, and it's something we'd never give up on for any reason.

When it comes to a touchy subject like HAARP then, many would wonder why we'd even give a passing thought to a clearly scientific device that poses no threat whatsoever. Right?

Well, the public face may say one thing, but facts often lead to other questions, if not other conclusions, so let's take a moment to look at some real, filed patents that mysteriously correlate with "conspiracies" they say are laughable. Laugh at this then, folks:

#1: HAARP

They say: HAARP is a scientific instrument used for an Ionospheric research program. Does nothing but passively tap the fields and measure.
Others say: HAARP is a wave-based scalar weapon that can manipulate weather and geologic activity, among other things.
The patent says: "Method and apparatus for altering a region in the Earth's atmosphere, ionosphere, and / or magnetosphere." View US Patent #4,686,605 here.
Bonus: The CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) found HAARP so strange that they conducted their own investigation which lead to the fact that the facility could, in fact, be used for purposes other than those stated. Watch it in two parts here:




#2: Space-based weather alteration devices / weapons

They say: They don't exist.
Others say: They don't only exist, but may actually be weaponized.
The patent says: "Use of artificial satellites in Earth's orbit adaptively to modify the effect that solar radiation would otherwise have on Earth's weather." View US Patent #5,762,298 here.
Bonus: China routinely files quiet news reports of its mastery of weather, and China's technology is probably several decades behind that of America's. Just do a Google search of China's weather-manipulating activities for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, as well as how the country combated its recent massive droughts, and you'll see what we mean. So, what's the US up to these days in this field?

#2: Chemtrails and aerial spraying, aerosols

They say: They're just contrails, seen more frequently now due to a warming world.
Others say: They're spraying in grid-like patterns materials of a highly toxic nature for reasons unknown.
The patent(s) says: "Think of a way to spray something in the atmosphere, and we got 'ya covered, boys." View a massive list over 125 aerial spraying-related US Patents here.
Bonus: Some savvy independent onlookers tested the atmosphere and found heavy metal aerosol deposits. Controversial, so we wont weigh that as evidence. But when weather radar systems go haywire due to a massive aluminium spraying in the atmosphere, it at least begs the question -- what else are they spraying, and why? Video below:



This, ladies and gentlemen, is why the Coming Crisis asks questions. And so should all of you.

Obama long-form birth certificate proven a fake, or at the very least tampered with -- And we now have evidence; UPDATED INFORMATION. PLEASE REPOST.

It has been claimed by naysayers, despite overwhelming evidence, that any scanned document would turn up the artifacts and share the mysterious qualities found in the White House release of Obama's long form birth certificate. Well, someone has done just that, and now there's even more definitive proof that the document has been tampered with:



2. The following following birth certificate, purportedly Obama's, surfaced in 2010, and shows massive discrepancies with the White House release, including, but not limited to:

-- the inclusion of a birth time, which the White House release strangely omits
-- the birth location of Obama as being Kenya, not Hawaii
-- the more historically accurate racial filing of "Negro" as opposed to the politically correct and categorically incorrect "African" as shown in the White House release
-- The signatory party being someone other than Obama's father, as in the White House release
-- The box pertaining to evidence for delayed filing is completed in the 2010 certificate; the reason given is a Kenyan birth and then a delayed registration in Honolulu

Is this 2010 certificate fake? Is it real? Why does its information fall more parallel to historical evidence surrounding Obama than the White House release? Why is there so much inconsistency floating about? Why is there mention of a law in Hawaii to stop people asking about Obama's birth? Is it now against the law to pursue the rightful execution of the law?

The Coming Crisis has a disturbing news bulletin for all our readers: we have come across definitive proof that Obama's long form birth certificate document released by the White House has been at minimum tampered with, and at most, presented as a forgery.

In a previous post we determined that something was seriously wrong with the birth certificate, and reposted an article by The Smoking Gun that outlined many strange facts about the timing and content of the document. Others have pointed out further discrepancies.

We have come across a source who we will not name at this time (but will gladly post it if it is allowed -- we want to keep him safe in case something erupts as a result of this) who has taken the White House document and analyzed it through graphic design software, namely Adobe Illustrator.

What he found was truly disturbing, and we present it to you here.

Normally, when one scans a document, it produces a single picture just like with a photocopying machine -- what you see is what you get. However, the graphic design software shows that the document, while appearing as a PDF, is actually a series of "layers" that have been manufactured and assembled into a single document. Most people would never realize these other layers would exist unless they possessed the graphic design software and could conduct the test themselves.

In case this doesn't make sense to you, let me use the following analogy: take the Disney movie Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. This movie was of course hand-drawn. To do this, they would draw the background forest on a piece of glass. Then they would lay another piece of glass over it with the animals, then another piece on top of that with the dwarves, and so on until they had a complete scene composed of layers. Modern graphic design software works in a similar manner, since if you make a mistake or want changes on a specific part of the project, you only have to edit that layer, rather than redo the entire thing from scratch.

With Obama's long form birth certificate released by the White House, a similar design mechanism can be observed. The PDF file isn't a single, two dimensional image -- it is, in fact, a series of layers designed one on top of each other to form what appears as a single image.

This means that the White House document was created (forged) on a computer, and is being foisted on observers unfamiliar with computer design as a simple copy of the real thing.

This is an outright lie, and is constitutionally outrageous.

We at The Coming Crisis have replicated this experiment and can vouch that the discoverer of this forgery is telling the truth -- the PDF distributed by the White House website does indeed break down into clipping masks and design layers, just as he claimed, which acts as ample proof that this document is not real, if all the rest of the facts had yet to convince you.

To conduct this experiment yourself:

1. Download Obama's Long-Form White House Birth Certificate.
2. Open it with Adobe Illustrator.
3. Go to "Windows" and open the "Layers" panel.
4. Continue expanding the layers within the Layers panel.
5. Make various layers visible and invisible to see how the document has been constructed in parts.

In case you don't have the ability to conduct this experiment, we've posted the individual layers below for you to see: it's very clear that this was a manufactured document, and God only knows what's going to happen once word of this spreads. We ask all Americans and bloggers to please repost this so that as many people can learn about this as possible -- the truth must be spread at whatever cost.

BREAKING NEWS: 6.0 Magnitude Earthquake Near the EAST COAST OF HONSHU, Japan - 21st Apr 2011 - USGS Censoring?

A 6.0 -magnitude earthquake struck of the East Coast of Honshu, Japan

The quake struck at 16.11 UTC - 76 km (47 miles) from Fukushima. Its epicenter was located with a depth of 36.6 km (22.7 miles). No damage or casualties were reported and no tsunami alert followed.

USGS Missing or Censored Earthquakes: I will start of by saying that USGS has recorded this Earthquake as an 5.6 Magnitude, However the Japanese seismic Center has it Recorded as a 6.0 Magnitude. During the past couple of weeks we have tracked many earthquakes around Japan, most of which have not appeared on USGS at all or have been downgraded.

Now I am curious why this is done, also it is no big secret that I believe that these charts and reports are censored, so we wanted to bring you additional Proof that this is being done and you will see earthquakes from Northern California that have been listed and removed within minutes from USGS.

I am sure that some seismic equipment could be faulty or that the measurements can be upgraded or downgraded but think about it, out of thousands of seismic recorders around the world, why am I only noticing the earthquakes being removed from California?

FBI reports cattle mutilations as media distraction continues -- declassified documents grow increasingly disturbing - 17th Apr 2011

Many of you probably ran across the cringe-worthy headline that appeared in the UK paper known as The Sun, and if you didn't, here it is: "Close Encounters of the Herd Kind". Funny, right? It pertained to the recent crop of declassified FBI documents, particularly to FBI investigations into unexplained animal (mostly cow) mutilations in the United States.

Here's the Sun article in case you're interested...

It goes on to tell a highly sensational and outrageous story about a wave a panic that purportedly swept through the White House upon the discovery that "alien animal sacrifices" were taking place, and then attempts to link this garbage back to what is contained in the FBI files themselves. Had the writer of the article or editor of The Sun actually bothered to read any of the files, they would have realized they were being ridiculous and deflecting people from the true story the classified documents contained, and how troubling American and worldwide animal mutilations actually are.

So to begin this editorial, we'd like to make three points:

1) There are not 8000 mutilations reported in the FBI files as The Sun suggested.

2) We want Gary O'Shea, the writer of The Sun article, to tell us where he obtained the information for his story, because little of it reflects reality, and at The Coming Crisis, untruth is a crime. We've been searching through the declassified FBI files for weeks, and never did we come upon the outrageous claims made by Mr. O'Shea. Is he choosing to be an entertainer rather than a journalist, or is there a deliberate effort going around to minimize the seriousness of this issue?

3) We purposefully did not post The Sun's article because we felt a more thorough, accurate investigation of the FBI files was warranted, and wanted to address the issue of cow and animal mutilations with seriousness and integrity, for it's a real occurrence causing real fear and trouble across the entire world.

For far too long, the subject of UFOs, animal mutilations and the possibility that humans may not be the only show in town have been treated with derision and comedy. This needs to stop. Healthy skepticism is always required regardless of the issue being examined, but when it reaches the point where one can no longer ask questions or delve deeper into a subject unless one is wearing a jester's cap, something is either wrong or there is a deliberate deflection being manufactured.

Therefore, we openly challenge Gary O'Shea and The Sun to produce a single link or screenshot of the FBI file(s) that make their sensational headline a fact.

Now that we've taken our stance, let's do some real investigation.

The declassified FBI documents show that during the late 1970's in the US Southwest, in the region of 120 unexplained cattle mutilations occurred over a period of three years.

Whats incredibly strange is that in each of these reported cases, the cattle carcasses all share similar traits (from the FBI reports themselves):

1. They're completely drained of blood

2. The left ear, left eye, sex organs, lips and anus are missing, as if targeted

3. In addition to being completely drained of blood, wounds show no signs of bleeding, nor is any blood found around the immediate area where the dead animals rest

4. No foot prints are found in the immediate or surrounding areas where the dead animals rest

5. Entire major organs are missing without obvious entry or excision marks

6. When incision marks do exist, they're precise as if made by a surgeon's tool, and bloodless

7. There exists a total absence of predation signs, such as teethmarks, tearing of skin or flesh, or animal footprints near the dead animals or surrounding areas

8. In the rare event that a minuscule amount of blood is left within the dead animal, it possesses peculiar discoloration and does not coagulate for days

9. The ground on which the animals rest is depressed as if the animal had been dropped from a great height; indeed, many of the animals' bones were found with fracture injuries consistent with a fall

10. Other cattle instinctively avoid the carcass and the area in which it's found

11. Unidentified helicopter activity in the vicinity of the dead cattle around the time that the animals go missing, reported by eye witnesses

Other peculiarities regarding the cattle carcasses were also documented within the FBI reports:

As reported by Gabriel Veldez of the New Mexico police, "Both the liver and the heart were white and mushy. Both organs had the texture and consistency of peanut butter." Also noted: "Samples from the animal's liver were found to be completely devoid of copper and to contain 4 times the normal level of zinc, potassium and phosphorus. The scientists performing the analysis were unable to explain these anomalies." And lastly, "Blood samples taken at the scene were reported to be 'light pink in color' and 'did not clot after several days', while the animal's hide was found to be unusually brittle for a fresh death (the animal was estimated to have been dead for five hours)."

Initially, the animal mutilations were brushed off in the earlier FBI reports as being the result of hungry predators and the fact that scavengers particularly enjoy the soft issues. But are rodents intelligent enough to target the same organs in every instance, to leave absolutely no blood, and to conduct their lunches with such precision that even surgeons would have difficulty reproducing the wounds? Also keep in mind that these reports cover cases that span twenty or more counties in a vast area, and are not centralized in one place, meaning the same animals would not be involved even if they were the culprits.

Then came the reversal: towards the end of the 1970s, it was reported that experts conducting the tests concluded that the cattle mutilations were not, in fact, the result of predators eating carcasses. The precision cuts found on the animals as well as complete blood drainage excluded the possibility that natural causes were to blame.

Stranger still, upon closer examination of the animal carcasses, "unknown bacterial substances" were discovered and collected in test tubes for further analysis -- in the form of flaky white material -- yet the reports state that it's "alright" to destroy the samples if necessary during the examination! Why have the results of the examinations not been made public?

But wait, they were: the FBI said the "unknown bacterial substances" were merely "paint flakes". Does this not even warrant the raising of an eyebrow? Isn't this more sensational then spicing up a story with ludicrous numbers for a tabloid? What about the other FBI documents that include letters from US Senators, police, FBI agents, White House staff and newspaper editors, as well as reports of witness intimidation, unidentified helicopter sightings, and farmers being threatened? It goes on and on.

Even though the declassified FBI reports in question pertain to just one region in the US and events over a single decade, cattle and animal mutilations are a worldwide phenomenon that has been repeating itself for years and years, and still continues happening even today, 30 years on, much to the distress of farmers whose animals are their livelihood.

If this is the case, why are such events trivialized and sensationalized instead of investigated with a skeptical eye and open mind? A horror story it may be, but what is truly frightful is that something as disturbing as this occurs as often as it does and no one is giving it any sincere attention.

What if animal mutilations have more potential implications than we're willing to admit? Do we hide our heads in the sand, laugh it off, or do something about it?

U.K. Soft Justice, so who is left to protect the Children? - 16th Apr 2011

Below you will see two near identical articles, in both a baby dies because their mother is more interested in Facebook than their own Child. See also how two countries value the life of a child.

The life of a child, any child should be protected and when a crime is commited there should be consiquences for your actions, how else will you learn or set an example. When it comes to children in the UK this seems to be flawed as society and the systems continues to let these babies and children down, fails to protect them and fails to punish their abusers.

100.000 children go missing in the UK each year, with 95% being due to abuse at home or at the hands of a family or friend. this problem isn't getting better, lessons or not being learned from previous mistakes made within the system, and punishments seem to be in the hands of the human rights act rather than our Courts.

The NSPCC in the UK does not know exactly how many children are being abused or neglected in the UK as the UK does not publish statistics on the number of substantiated child abuse cases. However, the latest published figures show that approx. 46.700 children ar at risk of abuse right now in the UK.

In the USA there are over 3 million reports of child abuse each year, these reports can include multiple children.

* Almost 5 Children die in the US each day as result of Child Abuse - 3 out of 4 of the deaths are children under the age of 4

She was SPARED JAIL on the 4th of April 2011, even though pleading QUILTY to the charges of child cruelty and neglect.

2. USA - In September 2010 Shannon Johnson, then 34 years old, Left her 13 Month old Baby Son alone to Drown in a bath, whilst she was playing on Facebook.

She also pleaded QUILTY to Child neglect and Abuse and was Handed a 10 year JAIL SENTENCE - Source

BREAKING NEWS: Unreported 7.2 Fukushima quake blacked out by USGS on April 13, 2011; is also hiding other Japanese / world quake activity -14 Apr 2011

If it's not bad enough that most quakes do not reach mainstream news, or even small local news these days, we've now found out that larger quakes of 7+ magnitude are being blacked out from the public.

And now we have solid proof.

We have known for years that earthquakes have gone missing after being registered on USGS. We have accepted in good faith (and with a little skepticism) what they told us, until we witnessed 50 or more Earthquakes disappear in northern California from the USGS register, a greatly suspicious act that continues to this day with various quakes in various locations.

Years on and a few goose chases wiser, we taught ourselves to go straight for the source, and this is what we've discovered.

On the 13^th of April, 2011 -- yes, just yesterday -- a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Fukushima, but most will never know of this.

We waited with abated breath for Sky News, CNN or maybe even USGS to report on this quake, but nothing came. Others also waited, and they too were disappointed.

So, we're going to bring you straight to the source of information while asking a very pertinent question: WHY was a 7.2 earthquake under a Nuclear power station (one currently in melt down, by the way) not being screamed across every news channel around the world?

Is this just part of a huge coverup regarding Japan? Are there other quakes there going unreported?

Many know that Japan is on the butt end of many quakes, something we also acknowledge, to the average tune of 30 earthquakes a month. However, a slight increase is an understatement when you look at factual archives of Japans earthquake data:

-- in 2010 they recorded 487 earthquakes, which is an average of 40 per month

-- during 2009 they recorded 472 earthquakes which is an average of 39 per month

-- during 2008 (only have the archives for 6 months) they averaged 30 a month

These figures by themselves show an increase in activity, all of which has gone unreported.

It gets better. Now, let's take a look at the figures for 2011:

-- January starts of normal; with 49 quakes, which is slightly higher than normal but nothing to panic about

-- in February there is a significant increase compared to any month in the past 3 years with 79 quakes! (Hopefully this gets some people to sit up straight and take note!)

-- In March, 1176 earthquakes -- yes, you read that correctly: One thousand, one hundred and seventy six earthquakes -- hit that month in addition to the Mega Quake, and many reached 7 and 6 magnitude!

-- So far in April, the frequency of quakes are slowing, but they have already recorded 472 for this month as of April 14th, 2011.

Something is going on here folks, and we need to be informed about it, especially those in Japan currently living beneath an umbrella of fear, confusion and corruption.

We're going to include data and links to information pertinent to this revelation, including that which pertains to the April 13th Fukushima 7.2 magnitude quake.

FBI releases Roswell files -- and the revelations are startling, Featured Editorial April 9 2011

The Roswell, New Mexico incident has captured our imaginations for the past seven decades, and has spawned numerous investigations and conspiracy theories. Explanations for what happened that day range from weather balloons to a huge government cover up, yet they all fall short in making sense of what many consider to be the most startling UFO event in human history.

One thing is for certain: Roswell, once just another sleepy locale in the desert, has become a world renown name, and the purported alien crash that took place there remains one of the greatest unexplained events of our time.

Or has it?

The FBI has recently released previously classified documents that provide insight into its investigation of the Roswell incident, and startlingly, what's recorded within them mirror the various testimonies provided by witnesses of what took place.

Here are some original testimonies of that fateful day in Roswell:

Jesse Marcell:

There was all kinds of stuff—small beams about three eighths or a half inch square with some sort of hieroglyphics on them that nobody could decipher. These looked something like balsa wood, and were about the same weight, except that they were not wood at all. They were very hard, although flexible, and would not burn....One thing that impressed me about the debris was the fact that a lot of it looked like parchment. It had little numbers with symbols that we had to call hieroglyphics because I could not understand them. They could not be read, they were just like symbols, something that meant something, and they were not all the same, but the same general pattern, I would say. They were pink and purple. They looked like they were painted on. These little numbers could not be broken, could not be burned. I even took my cigarette lighter and tried to burn the material we found that resembled parchment and balsa, but it would not burn—wouldn't even smoke. But something that is even more astonishing is that the pieces of metal that we brought back were so thin, just like tinfoil in a pack of cigarettes. I didn't pay too much attention to that at first, until one of the boys came to me and said: "You know that metal that was in there? I tried to bend the stuff and it won't bend. I even tried it with a sledgehammer. You can't make a dent on it," Marcel said.

The Brazel and Marcel family:

Bessie Brazel, Mac's daughter, had helped recover the debris. "There was what appeared to be pieces of heavily waxed paper and a sort of aluminum-like foil. Some of these pieces had something like numbers and lettering on them, but there were no words that we were able to make out. Some of the metal-foil like pieces had a sort of tape stuck to them, and when these were held to the light they showed what looked like pastel flowers or designs. Even though the stuff looked like tape it could not be peeled off or removed at all. It was very light in weight but there sure was a lot of it."

She also signed an affidavit that had additional descriptions: "The debris looked like pieces of a large balloon which had burst. The pieces were small, the largest I remember measuring was about the same as the diameter of a basketball. Most of it was a kind of double-sided material, foil-like on one side and rubber-like on the other. Both sides were grayish silver in color, the foil more silvery than the rubber. Sticks, like kite sticks, were attached to some of the pieces with a whitish tape. The foil-rubber material could not be torn like ordinary aluminum foil can be torn."

Son Bill Brazel Jr. confirmed some of what Bessie said: "There was some tinfoil and some wood and on some of the wood it had Japanese or Chinese figures.”"There was some wooden-like particles I picked up. These were like balsa wood in weight, but a bit darker in color and much harder. This stuff ... weighed nothing, yet you couldn't scratch it with your fingernail like ordinary balsa, and you couldn't break it either."

Marcel’s son Jesse Jr. also saw the debris. Marcel went home and showed the debris to his family. Marcel Jr.: "[It was] foil-like stuff, very thin, metallic-like but not metal, and very tough. There was also some structural-like material too — beams and so on. Also a quantity of black plastic material which looked organic in nature ... Imprinted along the edge of some of the beam remnants there were hieroglyphic-type characters. I recently questioned my father about this, and he recalled seeing these characters also and even described them as being a pink or purplish-pink color. Egyptian hieroglyphics would be a close visual description of the characters seen, except I don't think there were any animal figures present as there are in true Egyptian hieroglyphics...”

He would say elsewhere in a signed affidavit: "There were three categories of debris; a thick, foil like metallic gray substance; a brittle, brownish-black plastic-like material, like Bakelite; and there were fragments of what appeared to be I-beams ... On the inner surface of the I-beam, there appeared to be a type of writing. This writing was a purple-violet hue, and it had an embossed appearance. The figures were composed of curved, geometric shapes. It had no resemblance to Russian, Japanese or any other foreign language. It resembled hieroglyphics, but it had no animal-like characters."

Sheridan Cavitt and Lewis:

Sheridan Cavitt of the Roswell Counter Intelligence Corps (CIC) was identified by Marcel as assisting him in investigating the crash and recovering debris, likely the "man in plainclothes" mentioned by rancher Brazel in a contemporary article as accompanying Marcel and himself. (CIC agents usually wore civilian clothes.)

He was interviewed in 1994 when the Air Force investigated the allegations of a cover-up. In the interview, he said he had no memory of ever meeting Brazel or going out with Marcel, but said he went to the crash site with his CIC assistant Sgt. Lewis Rickett.

Cavitt said the crash site was tiny, about the size of his living room or "20 feet square." "It was a small amount of, as I recall, bamboo sticks, reflective sort of material that would, at first glance, you would probably think it was aluminum foil, something of that type and we gathered up some of it. I don't know whether we even tried to get all of it. It wasn’t scattered; well, what I call, you know, extensively."

Rickett said Cavitt took him to a debris area the following day. He described an extensive cleanup of a large area involving many men, heavily guarded by MPs. He was allowed to handle a remaining piece of debris. "There was a slightly curved piece of metal, real light." "You could bend it but couldn't crease it." "It was about six inches by twelve or fourteen inches. Very light. I crouched down and tried to snap it. My boss [Cavitt] laughs and said, 'Smart guy. He's trying to do what we couldn't do.' I asked, 'what in the hell is this stuff made out of?' It didn't feel like plastic and I never saw a piece of metal this thin that you couldn't break. This was the strangest material we had ever seen ... there was talk about it not being from Earth."

Roswell and Fort Worth base witnesses:

• Sgt. Robert Porter: B-29 flight engineer. Porter helped load and was on the B-29 flight from Roswell to Fort Worth, where Marcel was supposed to show some recovered material to Gen. Roger Ramey before proceeding on to Wright Field, Ohio. "I was involved in loading the B-29 with the material, which was wrapped in packages with wrapping paper. One of the pieces was triangle shaped, about 2½ feet across the bottom. The rest were in small packages about the size of a shoebox. The brown paper was held with tape ... The material was extremely lightweight. When I picked it up, it was just like picking up an empty package. We loaded the triangle shaped package and three shoe box-sized packages into the plane. All of the packages could have fit into the trunk of a car.”
• 1st Lt. Robert Shirkey: The base assistant operations officer. Shirkey also witnessed debris being loaded onto the B-29. "...Standing only three feet from the passing procession, we saw boxes full of aluminum-looking metal pieces being carried to the B-29. Major Marcel came along carrying an open box full of what seemed to be scrap metal. It obviously was not aluminum: it did not shine nor reflect like the aluminum on American military airplanes. And sticking up in one corner of the box being carried by Major Marcel was a small 'I-beam' with hieroglyphic-like markings on the inner flange, in some kind of weird color, not black, not purple, but a close approximation of the two. …A man in civilian dress… was carrying a piece of metal under his left arm... This piece was about the size of a poster drawing board—very smooth, almost glass-like, with torn edges."
• Sgt. Robert Smith: Roswell 1st Air Transport Unit. “My involvement in the Roswell incident was to help load crates of debris on to the aircraft… We were taken to the hangar to load crates. There was a lot of farm dirt on the hangar floor… We loaded crates on to three or four C-54s… One crate took up the entire plane; it wasn't that heavy, but it was a large volume.… All I saw was a little piece of material. The piece of debris I saw was two-to-three inches square. It was jagged. When you crumpled it up, it then laid back out; and when it did, it kind of crackled, making a sound like cellophane, and it crackled when it was let out. There were no creases…. The largest piece was roughly 20 feet long; four-to-five feet high, four-to-five feet wide. The rest were two-to-three feet long, two feet square or smaller. The sergeant who had the piece of material said that was the material in the crates….
• Two witnesses were brought into Ramey's office and told the debris they saw came from Roswell.
• J. Bond Johnson: Fort Worth Star-Telegram reporter/photographer, took six photographs of the debris in Ramey’s office, posed with Ramey, Dubose, and Marcel. He said: "It wasn’t an impressive sight, just some aluminum-like foil, balsa wood sticks, and some burnt rubber that was stinking up the office." Johnson said Ramey told him, "We've found out... it's a weather balloon."
• Warrant Officer Irving Newton,weather forecaster at Fort Worth. He was identified in contemporary accounts as being brought in to make an official weather balloon identification for Gen. Ramey. In original testimony, Newton indicated that when he got to Ramey's office, "he was briefed by a colonel... that an object had been found by a major in Roswell and that the general had decided that it was really a weather balloon and wanted him to identify as such." Newton said, "There's no doubt that what I was given were parts of a balloon. I was later told that the major from Roswell had identified the stuff as a flying saucer but that the general had been suspicious of this identification from the beginning..."In a later affidavit for the Air Force, he said, "I was convinced at the time that this was a balloon with a [kite] and remain convinced ... There were figures on the sticks lavender or pink in color, appeared to be weather faded markings with no rhyme or reason."Newton's photo was also taken with the balloon debris by an unknown photographer.(Pflock names Charles B Cashon of the US Air Force as the photographer.)

Testimonies that the crash material possessed exotic properties:

There were numerous others who claimed to have seen the debris, and many of them described various types of material having exotic physical qualities. One was a tinfoil-like material which when crumpled up would regain its original shape.

• Brazel Jr.: "The odd thing about this foil was that you could wrinkle it and lay it back down and it immediately resumed its original shape. It was quite pliable, yet you couldn't crease or bend it like ordinary metal. It was almost more like a plastic of some sort except that it was definitely metallic in nature."
• Marcel Sr.: "[There were] many bits of metallic foil, that looked like, but was not, aluminum, for no matter how often one crumpled it, it regained its original shape again. Besides that, they were indestructible, even with a sledgehammer."
• Sgt. Robert Smith, Roswell 1st Air Transport Unit: "When you crumpled it up, it then laid back out; and when it did, it kind of crackled, making a sound like cellophane, and it crackled when it was let out. There were no creases."

Others had similar accounts.

Another unusual aspect to some of the material was its strength.

• Marcel Sr.: "This particular piece of metal was, I would say, about two feet long and perhaps a foot wide. See, that stuff weighs nothing, it's so thin, it isn't any thicker than the tinfoil in a pack of cigarettes. So I tried to bend the stuff, it wouldn't bend. We even tried making a dent in it with a 16-pound sledge hammer, and there was still no dent in it."
• Sgt. Lewis Rickett: "There was a slightly curved piece of metal, real light. It was about six inches by twelve or fourteen inches. Very light. I crouched down and tried to snap it... It didn't feel like plastic and I never saw a piece of metal this thin that you couldn't break."

Some also described pencil-like sticks with unusual qualities:

• Marcel Sr.: "[There were] small beams about three-eighths or a half inch square with some sort of hieroglyphics on them that nobody could decipher. These looked something like balsa wood, and were of about the same weight, except that they were not wood at all. They were very hard, although flexible, and would not burn." More detailed quote above.
• Brazel Jr.: Similar quote as Marcel's, also given above. Also, "I couldn't break it and I couldn't whittle it with my pocketknife."
• Loretta Proctor: "The piece he [Mac Brazel] brought looked like a kind of tan, light brown plastic. It was very lightweight, like balsa wood. It wasn't a large piece, maybe about four inches long, maybe just a little larger than a pencil. We cut on it with a knife and would hold a match on it, and it wouldn't burn. We knew it wasn't wood. It was smooth like plastic."
• Jesse Marcel Jr.: "...there were fragments of what appeared to be I-beams. On the inner surface of the I-beam, there appeared to be a type of writing. This writing was a purple-violet hue, and it had an embossed appearance. The figures were composed of curved geometric shapes. It had no resemblance to Russian, Japanese or any other foreign language. It resembled hieroglyphics, but it had no animal-like characters." Another quote above.

Lt. Robert Shirkey: "Standing only three feet from the passing procession, we saw boxes full of aluminum-looking metal pieces being carried to the B-29. ...sticking up in one corner of the box carried by Major Marcel was a small 'I-beam' with hieroglyphic-like markings on the inner flange, in some kind of weird color, not black, not purple, but a close approximation of the two." "I could see the hieroglyphs clearly, the signs were in relief and stood out."

Even with all these witness statements, denial became the sword and shield of the US establishment regarding this issue. Some would argue that the greatest coverup the world has ever seen had been born with the now infamous headline: “It was a weather balloon”.

Over the decades, people have tried to breathe new life into the investigation of the Roswell incident through media, films and books. Eye witnesses of the event have also taken part in interviews, recalling that day with crystal clarity despite the passage of sixty some odd years.

Little progress has been made, until today.

In 2011, Roswell has been thrown back into the limelight with two documents that have been released under the Freedom of Information Act and published in the FBI file vault.

The first document mentions the purported Roswell craft as being a disc attached to a hexagonal weather balloon with some sort of radar instrumentation. Also mentioned in the first document is that they took the debris of the crashed craft away for examination.

We have to wonder, though -- if they knew what the downed craft was, why would it require such a thorough examination?

Moving on, the second document is a memorandum regarding the incident written to the FOA Director of the FBI from one Guy Hottel, who was a Special Agent in charge of the FBI's Washington Field Office -- not exactly your average Joe-witness found on the curbside.

Hottel writes that a investigator from the air force stated to him that 3 flying saucers had been recovered, with each containing 3 bodies of human shape, but only 3 feet (1 meter) tall.

Remember that this isn't a man watching from his farm saying this, it's a trusted FBI Official putting it in writing -- to a Director, no less -- and that alone should cause pause for thought.

An incredible find, to say the least.

Furthermore, through additional research we were unable to find any hexagonal shaped weather balloons, nor anything vaguely resembling the witness accounts of the craft and debris, even when examining today's technology. If anyone knows more about the construction of weather balloons, especially those of the period of the Roswell incident, we'd be grateful if you'd get in touch. We would add any such supplemental information to our investigation.
